Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) constitute an agreement between you and Great Eastern Nelson Hopkins, LLC (together with its affiliates, “GENH”), and govern your use of certain amenities, activities and passes owned, operated or offered by GENH at Massanutten Resort at a discounted rate (the “Discount Program”).
Modifications to Terms
1. GENH reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and conditions or rules posted to these Terms and Conditions.
Discount Rate
2. The discounted rate in effect as of August 1, 2025 is 20% off all retail rates offered to the public. GENH reserves the right to increase or decrease the discounted rate or to offer different discounts for different amenities, activities and passes.
Program Termination
3. GENH reserves the right to at any time and without notice to you terminate the Discount Program.
Eligibility
4. The Discount Program is only available to Bluestone Peak purchasers that purchase directly from a Builder Guild member and are registered with GENH.
Non-Assignable
5. The Discount Program may not be assigned by you to any third party, guest, family member, or any subsequent purchaser.
Applicable Amenities
6. Currently the Discount Program applies to the following amenities, activities and passes: ***click link***. GENH may in its discretion add or delete amenities, activities and passes to the Discount Program.
Identification Requirements
7. You may be required to produce identification at the time of use.
Prohibition Rights
8. GENH will have the right to prohibit any person from using this Discount Program if GENH determines the person has violated any of its Terms and Conditions or any rules and regulations in place at or applicable to the amenity, activity or pass used by you.
General Provisions
9. General.
a. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and GENH in connection with the Discount Program.
b. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and GENH shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
c. GENH’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
d. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.
