Age-Restricted Community

Bluestone Peak is an age-restricted residential development intended as housing for persons who are 55 years of age or older within the meaning of the Fair Housing laws. Eighty (80) percent of occupied units must have as a resident at least one person 55 years of age or older. Bluestone Peak’s intent to operate as housing for persons who are 55 years of age or older will be evidenced by adherence to published policies and procedures. Bluestone Peak Owner’s Association will verify compliance through reliable surveys and affidavits. Deeds and leases will include language restricting residency by age as permitted by the Fair Housing laws. Persons under the age of 19 may not reside in Bluestone Peak.

No offering

No offering is hereby made. Bluestone Peak at Massanutten Mountain not been registered in any state and does not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, real estate to residents of any state, province or jurisdiction where prohibited by law, or where prior registration or filing of a disclosure statement is required, but has not yet been completed. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Obtain Resale Certificate

Prior to purchasing a residence in Virginia within a Common Interest Community, interested must obtain a Common Interest Community Association Resale Certificate and read it carefully before signing anything. No Federal or state agency has judged the merits or value, if any, of this property.
